• 7 Day Money Back Guarantee - We offer a simple 7 day money back guarantee. Every effort is made to ensure that the goods reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please notify us by telephone (during shop hours) or email, stating reason for return, we will then replace it or refund you less the cost of postage/shipping, assuming there has been no damage or wear to the item. Refunds will be paid back by the same method of payment. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to earrings, special orders or rings ordered to a specific size. Postage costs are only reimbursed if goods are faulty.

• Returned Goods - If you do return any goods, please mark your parcel RETURNED GOODS and use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure your parcel is insured. Please pack the parcel securely as it will not be possible to refund if goods are damaged during return transit.

• Damaged/Faulty Goods - If your goods are damaged/faulty please contact us within three days and arrange to post them back to us, (you will need a returns reference code). If you do not inform us within three days, we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on arrival. Please inspect any received package thoroughly before signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping/postal damage, please keep original packaging. Promptly contact the postal company to make a damage report and request that they return the goods. Do not return the goods yourself.
